Room windows look onto Tretiyakovsky and Teatralnyi drives and Lubyanka.
This is a luxurious three-room suite. Each article of the spacious drawing-room interior is a work of decorative and applied art. The sofa with wood-carved lions, cabinet, arm-chairs, grand piano, big table, mantelpiece clock, candelabra look as if have gone off old masters’ paintings. Gilded mantelpiece clock of French work (19th century) reminds one of an implacable running of time. The painting "Harvest of Grapes" by an Italian artist (19th century) is bound to attract attention. The arm-chair with amazing wood-carving deserves a separate description. Funny fauns have made themselves comfortable on its elbow-rests supported by negro figures. The arm-chair design was created as far back as the 17th century at one of furniture workshops in Venice. Since then they have been making such arm-chairs. The arm-chair in question was made in the early 20th century.
The bedroom of the presidential suite is maintained in light colours, the walls have been painted by modern artists in the style of the early 20th century.
The small study-room has a wonderful sofa in the modernist style, an antique grand clock, a small table, arm-chairs and a bookcase.
