The  floor space - 88 sq.m.    
The layout: a drawing-room,s study,  a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and an anteroom.  The windows look out on the Manezh, Kremlin towers  and Revolution Square.
A very fine suite of furniture is reflected in a big mirror case made from the rose wood. It includes a sofa, arm-chairs and a small table decorated with incrustation. A refined escritoure with porcelain inserts depicting gallant scenes is "crowned" with the splendid chimney clocks furnished with a sculptural composition of the Goddess of Hunting Diana (England, the 1860-s).

A vase in the form of an amphora painted with bright flowers and peacocks is very beautiful. Placed on the splendid working table with bronze cover plates is a unique lamp made as a putty which is holding in his hand a lampshade in the form of a flower. Apart from the frivolous putty there is bronze amoretto with a torch in one hand and a bow in the other hand looking for a next victim in the room (German sculpture of the end of XIX century). A strict smith at the anvil says, "Time is for business, an hour - for fun" (German sculpture of the XIX century).
