Breakfasts at the Metropol Hotel have been a great start to the day for 117 years.

The Metropol restaurant with its impressive dome, the fountain ripple and the harp melody creates a solemn and unforgettable atmosphere in the morning. The breakfast menu is served according to the best traditions of five-star hotels. A pancake station with caviar and salmon, exotic fruits, several types of cereals, natural farm dairy products, egg dishes, seasonal berries, meat and cheese cuts, fragrant pastries, unlimited sparkling wines, and much more—all this awaits guests on the breakfast buffet on weekdays and weekends from 7 to 11 a.m. The special wishes of the guests are not left unattended—there is an Asian station, halal products, a fitness menu and a Russian table.

The quality of the breakfast is personally controlled by Andrey Shmakov, the brand chef of the Metropol Hotel and the chef of the Michelin-starred SAVVA restaurant, chefs Alexander Mishakov and Inver Tlekhuch.

Following the Farm-to-Table concept, our chefs choose the best farm products, which adds seasonal flavor to the breakfast and helps the development of local producers.
