Located at the Metropol Hotel, Chaliapin Bar brings together the atmosphere of the early 20th century and the format of a contemporary cocktail bar. Its interior unites the hotel’s historic halls and the bar into a single space of modern classic elegance.

The cocktail menu, featuring an extensive collection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, was created by head bartender Sergey Petrov in collaboration with El Copitas Bar. It is inspired by vivid episodes from the life of the great opera singer Feodor Chaliapin, interpreted through taste.

The bartenders prepare both classic cocktails and signature creations with a distinctive style, including recipes developed especially for the Metropol Hotel. Each drink is built around a clear concept and careful attention to balance.

The menu was created by brand chef Andrey Shmakov. It is designed so that every guest can enjoy both familiar European dishes in an original interpretation and traditional favourites.

Remy Kitchen Bakery is a restaurant group by Alexander Oganesov. The restaurant on Teatralny Proezd follows the brand’s signature format: an elegant setting, an open kitchen, an in-house bakery and comforting everyday cuisine. The menu brings together Italian, French, Greek, Chinese and Japanese influences. A significant part of the hot dishes is cooked over an open flame, while the menu also features raw selections, appetizers, pasta, risotto, fish and meat dishes, breakfasts, desserts, bread and pastries. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and can be tailored to each guest’s preference — from porridge and eggs to avocado toast with additional toppings. Special attention is given to the bakery: loaf bread, baguettes and ciabatta are baked in hearth ovens. The atmosphere of Remy Kitchen Bakery is ideal for breakfast in the centre of Moscow, a business meeting, a family brunch or dinner after the theatre.

The second salon of the renowned health and beauty centre Beliy Sad is now open at the Metropol Hotel.
