How can guests with limited mobility enter the hotel?

Entry to the hotel is through the main entrance. A staff member will meet the guest and guide them to a dedicated ramp leading to Elevator No. 2, located near the entrance area. From this elevator, guests can reach the lobby with staff assistance. The same procedure applies for exit — employees will help guide guests to the elevator and accompany them to the ramp at the main entrance.

Is there a staff call button at the entrance?

There is no dedicated button. A doorman is always on duty at the entrance and will gladly assist. If needed, you can also contact the hotel in advance so that staff can meet you at a specified time.

Is there an elevator suitable for guests with limited mobility?

Yes, Elevator No. 2 is the most convenient option and is equipped with audio guidance. Hotel staff will assist with movement between floors and public areas if required.

Does the hotel have rooms suitable for guests with limited mobility?

Yes, the hotel offers two adapted rooms – Author’s Executive Rooms No. 5521 and No. 5523. When booking via the website or by phone, please specify that you require an adapted room so that we can guarantee its preparation. The Front Office team will be happy to assist with all details.

Are these rooms equipped with accessible bathrooms?

Yes, the bathrooms are equipped with step-free showers. Grab bars can be installed upon request. Each room has a telephone for contacting staff, who are ready to help at any time.

Is there an accessible restroom in the public areas?

A spacious restroom of the “Metropol” restaurant is located near the lobby. Staff will gladly escort guests if needed.

Is it possible to move through the public areas without stairs or thresholds?

Movement is arranged through elevators. Staff assist guests along key routes — to the reception desk, restaurant, elevators, and rooms.

Is parking available for guests with disabilities?

Yes, designated parking spaces are provided. Parking is free of charge for vehicles registered in the state registry of vehicles used by persons with disabilities. To validate the parking card, the guest or accompanying person must approach the reception desk with the parking card, vehicle registration certificate, and proof of disability. Staff are also ready to assist with parking and escorting guests from the car to the entrance.

Does the hotel provide escort assistance?

Yes, escort services by hotel staff are provided upon request — at arrival, during movement around the hotel, and at departure.
