For festive receptions
Turgenev is a small hall designed for intimate events, connected to the Chekhov hall by a double door. As a result, these two halls are often rented together: the “Turgenev” hall is used for receptions or coffee breaks, while the main event takes place in the Chekhov hall. The space is decorated in a classical style, featuring stained-glass windows, ornate stucco, soft artificial lighting, and exquisite ceiling paintings depicting the four muses, patronesses of the arts. The hall is adorned with original bronze chandeliers, designed with a flying Cupid seemingly holding brackets shaped like plant scions.
