In February 2021, the Metropol Hotel successfully passed monitoring and received the Safe Travels mark. Certificates developed by the World Tourism Council confirm that the hotel fully complies with international protocols for protection against the coronavirus infection and follows WTTC (World Travel & Tourism Council) safety protocols, which contain the main requirements for sanitary regime.

Safe Travels - this is the first global initiative in the field of travel safety against the background of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Safe Travels program in Moscow is implemented with the support of MosTourism.
