Remy Kitchen Bakery is a restaurant group by Alexander Oganesov. The restaurant on Teatralny Proezd follows the brand’s signature format: an elegant setting, an open kitchen, an in-house bakery and comforting everyday cuisine. The menu combines Italian, French, Greek, Chinese and Japanese influences. A significant part of the hot dishes is cooked over an open flame, while the menu also features raw selections, appetizers, pasta, risotto, fish and meat dishes, breakfasts, desserts, bread and pastries. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and can be composed according to each guest’s preference — from porridge and eggs to avocado toast with additional toppings. Special attention is given to the bakery: loaf bread, baguettes and ciabatta are baked in hearth ovens. The atmosphere of Remy Kitchen Bakery is ideal for breakfast in the centre of Moscow, a business meeting, a family brunch or dinner after the theatre.

This approach is reflected across the menu, from raw dishes, salads and appetizers to pasta, risotto, grilled specialties and breakfast options.

An important part of Remy Kitchen Bakery’s gastronomic concept is its in-house bakery and dessert selection. Bread and pastries are baked in hearth ovens, while the dessert menu features creations based on recipes by Ilya Zamogilin-Sudzilovsky. The team designs the menu so that the restaurant feels equally natural for a morning breakfast, a business lunch, a family brunch or an evening dinner.
