In the renovated format of the "Chaliapin" lobby bar, modern elegance, sophistication, and traditions are harmoniously intertwined. Every detail of the interior has been carefully chosen, and the design is inspired by the early 20th century.
Our guests can expect a pleasant atmosphere, an exclusive cocktail menu, a rich collection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a variety of dishes from European and modern Russian cuisines.
All the dishes on the menu are created by the brand chef of "Metropol," Andrey Shmakov. The menu is designed in a way that allows every guest to enjoy both familiar European dishes in an original execution and traditional Russian cuisine.
Every day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the bar serves a traditional Russian tea ceremony.
