Invitation to Gastronomic Dinner in the New Restaurant at the Metropol Hotel

We are pleased to announce that Metropol Hotel guests now have the opportunity to dine on modern Russian and European cuisine in the new No4 restaurant. Andrey Shmakov, the Metropol and SAVVA restaurant brand chef, has put the menu together.

No4 offers Russian and European dishes. The menu features: baked sturgeon, stewed veal cheek with creamy polenta and fried maize, pikeperch cutlets with smashed potatoes and boletus, and venison ragout with chickpea. The restaurant offers a Russian gastronomic set: five-course servings accompanied by traditional homemade alcoholic drinks – medovukha and hrenovuha.

The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday.
